Assessment of Doctors

Ochre Recruitment has developed and refined a comprehensive process for assessment of applicants prior to their presentation to clients. This assessment process commences with a review of the applicant’s CV, three referees, registration and any post-graduate qualifications.

Overseas Trained Doctors seeking permanent positions are screened in accordance with the process outlined below. However, applicants that have not yet attained Fellowship can also be clinically screened by Ochre Recruitment medical practitioners for an additional small fee. This thorough process allows Ochre Recruitment and the potential employer to be confident of the health professional’s competence prior to a placement being accepted. This process greatly enhances the chances of an applicant Ochre Recruitment proposes for a position being a valuable and competent employee.  This process is designed for the Australian system and predominately the GP market, please note that in New Zealand the process will vary slightly and this will also occur for specialists in both countries.  If you have further questions then please contact one of our offices for advice.
