Through its Australian and New Zealand offices, Ochre Recruitment provides recruitment services to a range of general practice, hospital, Aboriginal Medical Services, Correctional Services and Area Health Service clients.

Ochre Recruitment is an organisation not only proficient at recruiting to the health industry, but importantly is one that has an intimate understanding of the industry. Its founding owners, Dr Ross Lamplugh and Dr Hamish Meldrum have over 20 years procedural general practice experience in rural and metropolitan Australia. They are still actively involved in the recruitment process, and bring an understanding of the needs of both health professionals and employers. Ochre Recruitment is comprised of a dynamic team of experienced health recruiters and a management team with extensive knowledge of medical and hospital administration, medicine, nursing, allied health, finance and IT.

Ochre Recruitment Pty Limited's parent company is the Ochre Health Group Pty Limited.

In addition to recruitment services the Ochre Health Group also:
